Candidate Feedback

Tracking candidate reviews and feedback / Contributing to employer branding

Objectives

The Candidate Feedback feature is designed to provide you with real-time, fully transparent visibility into how candidates perceive their interview experience with our conversational AI agent.

Overall, you have access to a candidate satisfaction indicator that shows the percentage of satisfied candidates / those with a positive opinion.

More specifically, you have access to the detailed feedback from each candidate, including their comments and any suggestions for improvement.

With this information, you will have all the elements needed to improve your recruitment campaigns and enhance your employer brand to better stand out and promote your organization.

Methodology

At the end of each interview, our conversational AI agent asks the candidate for their feedback "Did you find the interview clear and useful?".

Each candidate can then respond freely.

In case of neutral or negative feedback, the candidate is invited to suggest areas for improvement.

Our AI agent then analyzes each response to compile all the information gathered from your dashboards as described below.

Note: if you do not want our conversational AI agent to collect candidate feedback, please contact us to request deactivation of this feature for your organization.

How to Interpret Candidate Feedback?

Results Analysis

We encourage you to regularly monitor the candidate satisfaction indicator and analyze feedback to understand how interviews are perceived.

By paying attention to this indicator, you will significantly contribute to improving your employer brand and how your organization is perceived by candidates.

Improving Your Campaigns

Detailed candidate feedback, particularly neutral and negative feedback containing improvement suggestions, represents essential information to help you enhance the candidate experience.

For example, if candidates report redundant or ambiguous questions, you should reconsider your question validation process for future campaigns.

If candidates complain about a lack of answers to their questions, you should update your campaign to provide them with the expected responses.

Trend Monitoring

By regularly monitoring the overall candidate satisfaction rate, you can track its evolution and ensure its stability or improvement, based on the measures you have implemented.

In case of a downward trend, we invite you to take the time to analyze each negative feedback to understand how to optimize your campaigns and improve the candidate experience.
