How to Use CV SpotLight?

CV SpotLight can be used in two complementary ways:

Standalone Mode

Candidates are redirected to your personalized application page and upload their CV after completing their first name, last name, email, and phone number.

Integrated Mode

Candidates apply directly on your employer website or through job boards, CVs arrive in your ATS / HRIS or internal tool, and are automatically transmitted to VoiceHire via our API.

How to Import Candidate CVs to the Talent Pool?

Click on Talent Pool in the side menu

Click the Import Candidates button

Upload CVs via the menu that appears

The list of CVs is displayed in the window, click the Import button

The import and AI analysis of CVs begins

The AI automatically detects already registered candidates to avoid duplicates, and displays any errors

On success, a summary of imported candidates is displayed

How to Access Candidate Profiles and CVs?

From the talent pool, imported candidates are distinguished by a label showing Imported from CV: DD/MM/YYYY
