CV SpotLight
CV SpotLight is an AI-powered CV parsing and analysis module.
This documentation covers the use of VoiceHire from the web application. If you are using an API integration, please refer to the documentation in your recruiter dashboard.
CV SpotLight addresses 2 objectives:
Optimize your recruitment processes by improving responsiveness, the precision of application analysis, and time-to-hire.
Improve candidate experience and employer brand by ensuring real-time processing of applications and complete transparency in their handling and analysis.
CV SpotLight can be used in 2 complementary ways:
1Standalone mode
Candidates are redirected to your personalized application page and upload their CV after completing their first name, last name, email, and phone number.
2Integrated mode
Candidates apply directly on your employer website or via job boards, CVs arrive in your ATS / HRIS or internal tool, and are automatically transmitted to VoiceHire via our API.
1. How to activate the CV SpotLight feature
To activate CV SpotLight:
Go to the menu: My company > Settings > Interview Experience
Enable the CV Spotlight option by checking the box

Click the Save settings button at the bottom right of the screen

Important note
Enabling the CV SpotLight option makes this feature available when creating each new Campaign. You remain in control of whether to use it or not for each future Campaign, depending on its context and your expectations.
2. How to use CV SpotLight in a campaign
To use CV SpotLight in a campaign:
Click on Create a campaign

In the campaign options, enable CV Spotlight. Candidates will be required to upload their CV which will be automatically analyzed before the call.

3. Candidate experience with CV SpotLight
Candidate journey:
The candidate is invited to upload their CV in PDF format. Our specialized AI analyzes the CV to verify the match with the position.

If the profile does not match: The candidate receives a courteous and personalized rejection message explaining the reasons.

Location verification: If a geographic constraint is detected, the candidate can confirm their ability to work at the proposed location.

4. CV SpotLight analysis on the recruiter side
Viewing the CV analysis:
In the CV tab of each candidate, you will find the complete CV Spotlight analysis with:
- Match score: percentage of fit with the position
- Decision: eligibility for the interview
- Key analysis points: summary of detected skills and experiences
- CV visualization: direct access to the document

5. Managing filtered candidates
Off-target candidates:
Candidates filtered by CV Spotlight are accessible via the Candidates to review (CV Spotlight)

You can view the list of automatically filtered candidates with the rejection reason, download their CV, and choose to reintegrate them if necessary.

Reintegrating a candidate: You can reintegrate a filtered candidate. A unique link will be sent to them by SMS or email to trigger their phone interview.

You stay in control
CV Spotlight saves you time by automatically filtering off-target profiles, but you always retain the ability to reintegrate a candidate if you believe their profile deserves to be evaluated in an interview.
